Final Publication of Notice:  November 13, 2018
Exclusion Deadline:  February 11, 2019
Objection Deadline:  February 11, 2019
Fairness Hearing:  March 8, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.

Effective Date:  June 7, 2019

• For claims based on Exterior Meringue Deposits, Settlement Class Members must complete and submit a Claim Form and supporting documentation no later than June 7, 2020 (i.e., one (1) year after the Effective Date of the Settlement Agreement.)
• For claims based on Occlusions or Inoperable Valves, Settlement Class Members must complete and submit a Claim Form and supporting documentation no later than June 7, 2022 (i.e., three (3) years after the Effective Date of the Settlement Agreement.)
• For claims based on Leaks, Settlement Class Members must complete and submit a Claim Form and supporting documentation within the later of June 7, 2022 (i.e., three (3) years from the Effective Date) or seven (7) years from the Date of Manufacture. In addition, for claims based on Leaks that occur after June 7, 2019, a Claim Form and supporting documentation must be submitted within one (1) year of the date of the leak.
